Cappa Terms of Use

By downloading or using the Cappa app (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Informational Purposes Only

The App provides historical sports statistics, betting trends, and related data for informational and entertainment purposes only. The App does not offer real-money wagering, does not accept or place bets, and is not affiliated with any sportsbook, casino, or gambling operator.

Nothing in the App constitutes betting, financial, or investment advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. Any decision to gamble, and any wager you place, is made solely at your own discretion and risk.

2. Assumption of Risk

Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable. Past performance, historical trends, and statistical records do not predict or guarantee future results. If you choose to gamble based on information viewed in the App, you assume all risk of loss. You are solely responsible for any losses you incur.

3. No Warranty on Data Accuracy

Data in the App is compiled from third-party sources and provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Odds, schedules, scores, and historical records may contain errors, omissions, or delays. You should independently verify any information before relying on it.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Cappa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including, without limitation, gambling or wagering losses, lost profits, or loss of data — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law or the amount you paid for the App, whichever is less.

5. Legal Compliance and Age

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App, and any gambling activity you engage in, complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. Sports wagering is not legal in all locations. The App is intended for users of legal age in their jurisdiction; where the App is used in connection with gambling-related activity, it is intended only for users of legal gambling age.

6. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version will always be available at this URL.
