Cappa does not collect, store, or share any personal information. The app requires no account or sign-in. It does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind.
When you use Cappa, the app downloads sports schedule, score, and historical odds data from our servers and public sports-data sources. These requests do not include any personal information about you or your device beyond what is technically necessary to serve the request (such as your IP address, which is not logged or retained by us).
Cappa is for informational and entertainment purposes only and does not offer real-money wagering.
If this policy changes in a future version of the app, the updated policy will be posted at this URL.
